When do I have to pay?
The deposit (half of the cost) is due at the time of sale. The balance is due when the scale drawing is signed and returned.

Buying a monument is a big decision — one that we know families do not take lightly. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions that we receive about the creation of monuments and our other services.
Can I have a photo before the memorial is installed?
Yes. Please call our office to request any photos you need. You can also email us at info@sprungmonuments.co to request a photo.
When will the engraving on our family’s existing memorial be completed?
Approximately three to five weeks after it has been released to the carver. You will receive written notification upon completion.
How soon after a death should a monument/engraving be ordered?
A monument and/or engraving can be ordered at any time. Your memorialist will guide you to a more specific timeline depending upon the specifics of the monument and cemetery.
Does a monument have to be polished?
It is entirely up to your family’s preference. While some may request for the memorial to be polished, there are many others who prefer the more natural appearance. It is entirely up to you.
How do you select a proper memorial?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. Any memorial you choose should express what made your loved one special, expressing their personality and passions. Through Sprung Monument’s skilled team of craftsmen, we can personalize any monument with special imagery, religious symbols, and even write messages in other languages.
What are monuments made from?
Monuments are made from granite, which is quarried worldwide.
When will I receive my drawing?
Three to four weeks after we receive the final inscription and the cemetery has received all their paperwork regarding the foundation.
